Sometimes old school is the only way to go.

Not so long ago reading feeds was touted as a way to scan massive amounts of digital content via RSS (Real Simple Syndication).

With a feed reader you still can consume huge amounts of content quickly plus eliminate eMail subscriptions and inbox notices for blog, podcast and other syndicated content updates.

And if you’re like me, the less eMail you have to handle the better.

Feedly is the RSS feed aggregation tool of choice these days since Google closed down their popular Reader application several months ago.

When the shutdown happened there were hundreds of thousands of RSS feed consumers left out in the cold.

Feedly and other RSS reader platforms have brought that warm and comfortable glow back.
